Our Management Team has extensive African experience, coupled with a track record of growing early stage companies through to profitability with a substantial reserve base.

• Our overlying goal is to build a company with a solid portfolio of assets containing a diverse mix of risk profiles, that can be translated to proven reserves and strong cash flow.

• In addition, we also consider farm-out options with industry partners in order to recover costs and lower our risk profiles.

Our principal asset is Block L19 in Kenya.  In June 2012, we signed a Production Sharing Contract (“PSC”) covering Block L19, which currently contains approximately 9,000 KM² (2.2 million acres) in the Lamu Basin in the southeastern section of Kenya.  An aggressive exploration program for Block L19 is now in progress.
